All ROJAC Alarms Security products are covered by an extensive warranty and your product will be of the highest quality and deliver years of reliable service.
In addition to any warranty by virtue of statute, all products supplied by ROJAC are covered by a two year return to base warranty on defective parts from original date of sale.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include the labour costs for installing the purchased item.
The following items and reasons are excluded from warranty

When item has been received, and packaged where no damage could have resulted from transit, and the inspected item(s) is deemed to be defective, All freight within Australia will be paid by ROJAC.

The returned products must be in original packaging (not damaged) and have not been installed or used. The item will be inspected for operation and needs to be in a state that ROJAC can resell the item.
If all is ok with the returned item a Credit will then be credited to a nominated to a bank BSB and Account.
